Third Party Inspection

Third Party Inspection services are provided as independent verification activities between the client and the supplier during manufacturing and assembly stages. These inspections are carried out in accordance with client technical specifications, approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality requirements, and applicable international standards. The purpose is to ensure full compliance, traceability, and quality assurance throughout the fabrication process by providing impartial assessment at critical control points.

Inspection and surveillance activities may include:

  • Review and approval of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)
  • Verification of material certificates and traceability records
  • Review of welding documentation (WPS, WPQR, welder qualifications)
  • Assessment of manufacturing and quality control procedures
  • Review of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports and personnel certifications
  • Evaluation of dimensional inspection records
  • Verification of coating and paint inspection reports
  • Inspection of torque and bolting control records
  • Preparation and review of surveillance and inspection reports
  • Identification and follow-up of non-conformities
  • Test Pack Review and Preparation

All activities are performed in a controlled and structured manner to ensure compliance, reduce project risk, and maintain consistent quality throughout all stages of production.
