Inspection Test Plan (ITP)

Inspection Test Plan (ITP) is a structured document that defines all inspection, testing, and verification activities to be carried out during a project. It ensures that each stage of the manufacturing process is controlled, monitored, and documented in accordance with applicable standards, client specifications, and approved procedures.

Scope of Services

Preparation of project-specific ITPs
Definition of Hold Points (HP) and Witness Points (WP)
Identification of inspection and testing requirements
Compliance with client specifications and technical documents
Integration with approved procedures (WPS / WPQR / Method Statements)
Management of inspection records and reporting
Implementation
ITPs are developed at the early stages of the project and implemented throughout the fabrication process. All inspection and test activities are recorded to ensure full traceability, compliance, and quality assurance.
